The Isle of Arran: Torrylin chambered cairn

A short walk from the southern coastline of Arran is a Neolithic chambered cairn. The monument is ruined but has views over the sea. The axis of the chamber aligns upon the pyramidal island of Ailsa Craig, but this relationship was very difficult to see during my visit because of haze.
